The Flower Truck

This rental option is for clients who would like to provide their own flowers or use Bluebell as a styled backdrop without floral design services included. It’s perfect for photographers, stylists, event planners, or anyone looking to add a memorable focal point to their gathering.

This option includes the truck rental only. Flowers, styling, and décor are not provided unless added separately. Clients are welcome to design and install their own floral arrangements or event styling elements within the truck bed. Pricing starts at $800.

Your rental includes:
* Delivery and on-site setup of Bluebell
* Use of the truck as a stationary photo and event feature
* Access to the truck bed display areas for styling or props
* Between 2.5 - 3 hours on location

The Bluebell Flower Bar is a mobile floral experience hosted from our restored 1969 flower truck, bringing a curated selection of seasonal blooms directly to your event. Guests are invited to create their own hand-tied bouquets from a thoughtfully designed floral display, making it a memorable and interactive addition to weddings, celebrations, and gatherings.

A Bluebell attendant is always on-site to guide the experience, assist as needed, and ensure the display remains beautifully styled throughout the event. Guests are welcome to design their bouquets freely at their own pace, or receive light guidance if desired.

Experiences are designed for a curated on-site window of approximately 2.5–3 hours, depending on guest count and event flow.

Your rental includes:
* Delivery and on-site setup of Bluebell
* Locally grown flowers when possible, or thoughtfully sourced flowers when needed
* All bouquet making supplies
* A Bluebell team member on location to assist
* Between 2.5 - 3 hours on location

HALF FLOWER BAR

Designed for smaller gatherings and intimate celebrations, featuring a curated seasonal selection of blooms and a focused interactive setup. Half of the truck bed is about 200-250 stems. Perfect for up to 25 bouquets. Pricing starts at $1,600.

FULL FLOWER BAR

Designed for larger events and weddings, featuring an expanded floral selection and a more immersive guest experience. The full flower bar is great for up to 50 guests, includes 450-500 stems. Starting at $2,000.

Each Bluebell Flower Bar is designed using seasonal and locally sourced blooms whenever possible.

A Bluebell attendant is always on-site to support the experience and maintain the display.

Experiences are hosted throughout the Tri-Cities area, including Elizabethton, Johnson City, Kingsport, and surrounding communities such as Roan Mountain and Hampton (Events outside this area may be subject to a travel fee).

Each Flower Bar is uniquely designed based on event size, season, and flower availability.

Custom floral styling upgrades are available upon request.

Experience Duration

Each Bluebell Flower Bar is thoughtfully designed as a 2.5–3 hour on-site experience. For events that require additional time, extended service is available at $250 per hour.
