Guests wander up to Bluebell, choose from buckets overflowing with seasonal blooms, and create a bouquet that's uniquely their own. It's part flower bar, part interactive activity, and part keepsake, giving everyone something beautiful to take home while creating memories together.

A Bluebell attendant is always on-site to guide the experience, assist as needed, and ensure the display remains beautifully styled throughout the event. Guests are welcome to design their bouquets freely at their own pace, or receive light guidance if desired.

Experiences are designed for a curated on-site window of approximately 2.5–3 hours, depending on guest count and event flow.

Your rental includes:
* Delivery and on-site setup of Bluebell
* Locally grown flowers when possible, or thoughtfully sourced flowers when needed
* All bouquet making supplies
* A Bluebell team member on location to assist
* Between 2.5 - 3 hours on location

Whether you're planning a styled photoshoot, creating a stunning event entrance, or looking for a one-of-a-kind backdrop for your celebration, Bluebell brings timeless vintage charm wherever she goes. This option is perfect for photographers, event planners, stylists, and hosts who want the beauty of the truck while providing their own flowers and décor. Clients are welcome to design and install their own floral arrangements or event styling elements within the truck bed. Pricing starts at $800.

HALF FLOWER BAR

Perfect for bridal showers, birthday celebrations, baby showers, and intimate gatherings where guests can slow down, visit, and create something beautiful together. Half of the truck bed is about 200-250 stems. Perfect for up to 25 bouquets. Pricing starts at $1,600.

FULL FLOWER BAR

Ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings, community celebrations, and larger events where Bluebell becomes both a conversation piece and an unforgettable guest experience. The full flower bar is great for up to 50 guests, includes 450-500 stems. Starting at $2,000.

Whenever the season allows, we proudly feature flowers grown right here at The Moonflower Meadow. To provide the best experience year-round, we thoughtfully supplement with blooms from trusted growers when needed.

A Bluebell attendant is always on-site to support the experience and maintain the display.

Experiences are hosted throughout the Tri-Cities area, including Elizabethton, Johnson City, Kingsport, and surrounding communities such as Roan Mountain and Hampton (Events outside this area may be subject to a travel fee).

Each Flower Bar is uniquely designed based on event size, season, and flower availability.

Custom floral styling upgrades are available upon request.

Experience Duration

Need Bluebell to stay a little longer? We'd be happy to accommodate your event schedule whenever possible. Additional time is available for $250 per hour.
